Laver (or gim) is an edible seaweed classified as red seaweed and generally has a soft, delicate texture and is rich in iodine, iron and other minerals.

Jaerae gim is a red algae with thin leaves known for their radiating pattern. It has a finer, softer texture and lighter color than Dol gim.

It uses 100% Korean domestic laver that was grown in eco-friendly clean waters and skillfully roasted with sesame oil at an optimal temperature for great nutty flavor and extra crunchy texture.
