*Laver (or gim) is an edible seaweed classified as red seaweed and generally has a soft, delicate texture and is rich in iodine, iron and other minerals.

*Parae gim is known as green algae because it is mixed with another algae, Parae. It has a herbal flavor and smooth texture.

* Sempio Parae gim uses 100% Korean domestic seaweed that was grown in clean, eco-friendly seas and skillfully roasted with sesame oil at optimal temperatures to give it a great herbal flavor and diminish the bitter taste of Parae seaweed, as well as to give it an extra crunchy texture.
