Product Details:

The taste that moves your mind. The noodles are chewily made using sempio flour milling technology and are rich in the unique fragrance of buckwheat.

1. You will boil 5 cups of water (1000cc) in a pan, add 1 buckwheat (100g) and simmer for 4-5 minutes. (Stir with wooden toothpicks to prevent sticking) 2. Rinse boiled surface well in cold water and drain from sieve. 3. Pour the prepared broth over the boiled side and eat according to your preference.
