Precautions
Avoid storing in humid places or near cosmetic products, detergents and oils, as the mixture could absorb unwanted odors.

Instructions for use

Mix 500g of the Frying Mixture with 750ml of water using a whisk. (The amount of water is crucial).
Cover the previously drained food with the Frying Mixture.
Lightly dip the coated food into the prepared mixture.
Fry the submerged foods at a temperature of 170˚c to 180˚c in a deep fryer for 3 or 4 minutes.
Store in a cool, dry place.
