Offering the best ramen noodle flavors with simple convenience, Nissin's Demae Iccho brings the spicy richness of Fukuoka's succulent tonkotsu ramen right to your table. With two servings of firm, non-fried noodles seasoned for extra heat, this tonkotsu is easily made by boiling the noodles in water, before pouring them into a creamy soy, garlic and shallot powder soup base. Finished with an extra seasoning oil packed with sesame, chili, and various spices, this ramen bubbles with crisp heat and toasty aromas, drenching your noodles and toppings in a spicy, deep red umami flavor. Made in Hong Kong.

Preparation

1. Add 1 packet of noodles to 450 ml of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. 2. Add 1 packet of soup base to a bowl ahead of time. Keep away from heat. Pour hot water into a bowl to melt the soup base, then add the noodles and stir. 3. Finally, add 1 packet of Spicy Seasoning Oil and serve.
