Product Details:

With 50% polishing of the rice of the Yamada-Nishiki variety (The king of rice for the production of sake), it has a very intense flavor and a pleasant acidity with a deep reverberation. It ferments at a lower temperature using Hakutsuru's proprietary yeast which produces a sublime fragrance.
