An instant dish that reflects Korean Topokki in a mild version. It is a popular street dish consisting of soft rice noodles with sauce. A quick, tasty and nutritious Asian snack. We recommend trying it!

Preparation

1. Put the rice cake and the contents of the sachets (according to your taste) in the cup.

2. Fill hot water to the marked line inside and mix.

3. Microwave for 4 minutes, mix well and enjoy. You can also put it in a pot, bring it to a boil and cook for several minutes.

What is Topokki?

Topokki is a very popular Korean dish consisting of rice noodles and red chili sauce with the charming name of Gochujang.

These slightly chewy dumplings (Tteokbokki) are the staple of Korean street food. It is usually served with thick sauces. They come in many shapes and flavors. Both sweet and savory can be used.

Topokki dish is most often sold at Pojangmacha (street stalls) in the form of a dish prepared in a closed package, for example a plastic container.

Topokki has many names like: ddeokbokki, dukboki or tteokbokki and also teokbokki :)
